Sitting on the borders of the Royal Forest of Dean in Glorious Gloucestershire countryside, Chessgrove Shoot is a perfect place to enjoy a day's shooting. All parties are fully supervised as we like to give personal attention to our guests to make sure you enjoy your day in perfect safety.

Shooting Tuition

If you have never fired a gun before, no need to worry. We will soon have you feeling comfortable with the gun, and we will show you how to safely bag those clay pigeons, or game.

Steve Batt is a highly competent shooting coach of many years experience. He is able to give advice and training to the novice shooter or to the experienced game shooter.

Guns, cartridges and clays are all provided under friendly supervision, and of course you are fully insured all the time you spend at Chessgrove Shoot.
